If any students from your school will be attending, please complete the application form. Because we accommodate about 3,000 students, we must receive this application by January 31, 2024. If your school has specific arrival time needs, please note them in the “arrival time preference.” If your school can arrive after 10:30 a.m., please note this also. We will try to accommodate as many arrival time preferences as possible; however, scheduling will be on a “first come, first served” basis. You will receive confirmation of your schedule shortly after you have applied.
